B2B Product Photography Guide for Armenian Manufacturers

B2B Product Photography Guide for Armenian Manufacturers

By AdministratorPublished Updated

In B2B sales, photographs are not only decoration. They help a buyer identify the exact item, understand its scale and packaging, compare variants, and decide whether to request a sample. A useful product gallery combines clean catalogue images with evidence about the product, production, and commercial presentation.

Create a standard shot list

Photograph every product with the same basic sequence: front, back, side, open package where relevant, close-up detail, and one image that shows scale. Add a group image for variants and a carton or wholesale-pack image. A repeatable shot list prevents incomplete product pages and makes a large catalogue feel consistent.

Use controlled light and a neutral background

Soft, even light reveals colour and texture without harsh reflections. Use a clean neutral background for the main image and keep the camera angle, distance, and crop consistent across related products. A modern phone can produce strong results when it is stable, the lens is clean, and the lighting is controlled.

Show packaging and important details honestly

Buyers need to see the current label, closures, ingredients or materials, batch information, dimensions, and quality details that affect purchase decisions. Do not hide defects or digitally change the product beyond basic colour correction and background cleanup. Images must match the item that will be supplied.

Add context without replacing catalogue images

Lifestyle and production images can explain use, origin, craftsmanship, or manufacturing capability. They support the brand story, but the first images should still present the product clearly. Avoid crowded scenes, unrelated props, visible competitor brands, and graphics that cover important details.

Prepare files for web and buyer requests

Keep high-resolution originals, then export web versions with descriptive filenames and compressed file sizes. Use the same aspect ratio for all main images and add useful alternative text in the website. Update the gallery whenever packaging, size, colour, or formulation changes.

APH — Create complete APH product pages with accurate names, specifications, and a consistent photo set. A buyer should be able to understand the product before requesting a catalogue or sample.
