4. Images, Logos and AI Tools
Users may upload company logos, company cover images, brand logos, product images, and other visual content to the platform.
All uploaded images must:
- Be clear, attractive, relevant, and of suitable quality.
- Accurately represent the company, brand, or product.
- Have a maximum file size of 2 MB per image.
- Be uploaded in a format supported by the platform.
- Not contain illegal, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content.
- Not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
- Not contain confidential, sensitive, or unnecessary personal information.
Users must own the uploaded images or have the necessary permission to use and publish them. Users remain responsible for all images and visual content submitted through their accounts.
Uploaded company logos, cover images, brand logos, and product images may be publicly displayed on Armenian Products Hub and may appear in search results, company profiles, brand pages, product pages, promotional sections, or social media publications related to the platform.
The platform may provide artificial intelligence tools that allow users to generate, enhance, resize, improve, remove backgrounds from, or otherwise edit images. By using these tools, users authorize Armenian Products Hub and its technical service providers to process the submitted images for the requested purpose.
Users must review AI-generated or AI-edited images before publishing them and ensure that they are accurate, lawful, and not misleading. AI tools must not be used to create false representations of a company, brand, product, certification, packaging, or product characteristics.
Armenian Products Hub may reject, resize, optimize, replace, hide, or remove images that do not meet these requirements or that may negatively affect the platform’s quality, security, or legal compliance.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Publish false or misleading information.
- Upload illegal or harmful content.
- Violate intellectual property rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
- Use automated tools to scrape or copy website data without permission.
- Interfere with website operation or security.
